    I went to Iceland once. It was full of women smoking whilst pregnant, slurring their words with a gaggle of heavily burdened kids in tow. The only difference between them and Kerry Katona was £15k to spend on plastic surgery. So with that in mind, I think she is an apt figurehead for the discount-freezer-food chain....

    "This is a difficult position, and every shop is guilty of it to some degree." So should this guilt be transferred on to the consumer?  If this was the case we would be in a perpetual state of guilt and panic every time we picked up our wallets.... It's the manufacturers who shouldn't be able to sleep easy.

     If people boycott Primark, maybe they should reconsider shopping at all their favourite shops. How can we be sure that all other stores are ethical? The ones that charge more money? Stories like this crop up from time to time, Nike has come under fire for exploiting workers, The Times revealed Topshop clothing was made by 'slave ...

  • re: Is Facebook over?

    I used to go on Facebook everyday. Today was the first time I visited it in two weeks so I feel partially responsible for it's decline in traffic, having said that I don't feel guilty. Let's faceit, it is an inevitability that the novelty wears off and this interestingly coincides when the advertisers think they are on to something good....
