The only reason Google puts so much weight in the bloggers' corner these days is because dodgy marketeers & SEO's have always attempted to manipulate the rankings with black hat techniques.
So, now Google is turning to its users' search patterns and the long established and popular bloggers to suggest what's hot and what's not - unfortunately ...
