    Apologies John, been out of the country for a little while. GoogleMail doesn't use folders, but uses "labels" (or tags if you will) to organise emails. I'm big on filing emails away in folders so it was really strange for me to grasp at first, but it's now growing on me. One of the key benefits is you can associate more than one label ...
