A wasted opportunity. The fact that the introduction to the website was at the bottom of the page and hard to spot, made me feel like switching off immediately.
Then I read Ian's comments here and realised I could have saved myself the bother of cutting and pasting the link (why doesn't BR offer clickable links?)
