I have to whole heartedly say I'm not surprised one bit. I work for a British Based Outsourcing firm in Merseyside and too often companies only see the reduced labour cost. They forget completely what a negative effect this can have on their brand and then come to firms like ours with their tales between their legs!!! We obviously don't mind!!!
