Can you do podcasts from your blog? If so you could sing while blogging. That should drive traffic. Even better, you could kick off a  'Marketing's Got Talent' channel on YouTube in which you could both sing and dance. Words alone are no longer enough in this multimedia age.

Mel is right. A £95 burger isn't right for the current economic climate. Morrison's is grabbing market share from Sainsbury's and Tesco, while footfall is up at Aldi and Netto. People are eating cheaper food.

That's not the case. MDs are just making short-term decisions which is the right thing to do. best policy is to see how things are panning out before commiting to expensive long-term projects.

Eco-luxury is just another way of people who have more money than sense to show that they have money to burn. If luxury travel companies were to make the food, service and accomodation too basic they wealthy wouldn't travel to a developing country.

Isn't this a bit like asking if ducks are better at house painting than rabbits or moles? Surely it's the responsiblity of the Chairman and the CEO, along with the marketing, finance, HR and manufacturing directors to build intangible assets. Advertising agencies are just another supplier, like retained legal counsel or auditors
