We are renting out our boardroom to businesses that need to use it on an ad hoc basis for either a day or morning/afternoon.
It seats 12-14 and has a 50" plasma presentation screen, internet access, wc, parking and refreshment facilities. Also, if you need catering it can be arrange with prior notification.
