  • Who are today's male role models?

When male consumers were asked by a Harris poll to name their role models, the top responses included Clint Eastwood, Sean Connery and John Wayne. Amazingly, this was in 2006, although it sounds more like 1976... Marketing magazine is looking at the male consumer in an upcoming issue and I'm wondering - who are the real male role models today?

  • RE: NFL a top 5 UK sport?

The NFL game at Wembley certainly did well, and I think for the foreseeable future that would be the best option - get some big US teams over to play here, rather than start up London Monarchs 2.0. • RE: Frank Lampard launches own mobile TV channel

If he's got any footage of fiery WAG Elen's reaction to his Las Vegas shenanigans I *might* consider tuning in... he's not a patch on his dear dad anyway. No body waxes for Frank Snr, oh no.

  • RE: Marketing's Power 100

You'll find Alan R in Campaign's A List - as global media director, it's probably the more relevant power list for him. Or do others think we should be looking at the big media directors in Power 100?
