About Gordon Macmillan
Gordon MacMillan is the editor of Brand Republic and has been since its inception. He oversaw its development and launch, having previously worked on Campaign magazine where he was internet editor and editor of its CampaignLive website . Gordon worked briefly on Revolution magazine, overseeing the launch of the magazine's first website, joining from Campaign where he had been a media reporter. Prior to that he worked at Precision Marketing and before that for Computing magazine at IT publisher VNU, which he joined after completing the postgraduate journalism course at University of Cardiff. He writes about stories across the advertising, media and digital markets and has appeared on TV, radio and in print commenting on branding and media issues. He has blogged for sometime on industry issues on Gordon's Republic, as well as writing another blog the Demographic Shift prior to that.
