About Amanda Davie
Amanda is a Search Marketing Consultant, based in London. With over ten years' digital comms experience on the agency side, Amanda has spent eight years in Head of Search roles at Outrider (WPP) and more recently at i-level, working with clients such as Procter and Gamble, Orange, Direct Line, BT, Sky, The AA, and the COI, to help them to develop marketing leading Search strategies and to maximise results from this channel. Amanda is a regular contributor to Search-related national and trade press, and has spoken at European industry conferences such as World Telemedia, Internet World, WorldVision, Search Engine Strategies, IAB Engage and IAA / IAB Europe European Online Advertising Summit. Amanda is passionate about agency best practice and supports industry bodies to help to educate and train the media industry on the value and importance of Search, not just as a marketing channel but as a consumer insight funnel. In 2007 Amanda chaired the IPA Search Steering Group (now the IPA Search Group), and has also contributed to training programmes for the IAB and the APA.
