About Ivor Falvey
Ivor Falvey is the Commercial Director of Brand Republic, MediaWeek, Marketing, Revolution & Campaign. Previously Associate Publisher of MediaWeek, Ivor joined Haymarket in May 2005, and began working on Campaign in January 2006. Ivor has commercial responsibility for all the marketing communications portfolios which include many awards and conferences including the MediaWeek awards and Media 360 as well as the Campaign Big Awards and www.brandrepublic.tv As part of the senior management team, he was responsible for the major re-launch of MediaWeek in 2004. Working closely with both media agencies and media owners, Ivor specializes in developing the portfolio's brand extensions, which currently means embracing digital and developing their broadcast potential through podcasting and web tv. Ivor is an economics graduate from University College Dublin and completed his PPA Masters in Publishing in 2007. He also won the prestigious Felix Dennis Award, an award given to the top graduate, for his work on www.mediaweek.tv
