How to value online media coverage

    Good Morning,

We obtain a good amount of coverage in the media - both print and online. For our print media analysis, we use EMI/EMV/AVE calculations to demonstate the value of the coverage.  However, as of late we are obtaining more online only coverage and are struggling for an appropriate way to caluate the value.  Does anyone have any suggestions or examples of how this is done in other organisations?

    Many thanks!

I wanted to pose a similar question. But as well, we use a multiple of three for the AVE, however is it standard to multiply this further if it is page three coverage. Finally one of our latest pieces was featured in a publication subsequently distributed for free at a major trade show - should this additional distribution be taken into account?

Sorry for piggybacking on your question DML, Many thanks.
