Mentioning multiples on promotional material - yes/no?

Hi folks, its my first post here at the forums. I have a question about promotional flyers. My product is currently being stocked in Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury stores and I was considering putting their logo on our promo material - at the very least, mention that the product can be bought there.

Is this legal for me to mention those stores on my flyers / leaflets? Thanks in advance for any help.

The safest way is to ask the contact at each company.  I would imagine they may ask to see a proof before it goes to print.  I would check to avoid any conflict.

It is legal after all your items are for sale in these stores. The problem is that big brands are protective of how they are represented especially alongside competitors, so it would be wise to consult them. After all how would you feel if they got upset and suddenly delisted your product?

If that you don't get the desired enthusiasm an alternative approach could be a simple "Available at all major supermarkets".
