It seems to be working by giving our customers a lot more confidence whether they're buying ladies Emu boots on our website or the latest running shoes.
Two very different markets have obviously taken two very different approaches. So to boost sales of the latter we have to portray ourselves as specialists in that niche as well. If we were the Von Trap family I've running then we'd be fine. lol.
