I was wondering where to look to find website tenders that can be pitched for. Rather vague question I know but I'm a developer rather than a marketing type so it's hard to know how to word it properly. Is there some kind of list of public tenders? A lot of stuff I do is obviously through invitation to pitch but I would like to expand.
