Online Magazine Ad Outreach

I'm the designer of a new online magazine and I'm looking for a little bit of advice.

The magazine is about to launch it's third issue and our figures are extremely healthy and rising but we are still finding it difficult to secure advertising which we need to keep the magazine alive.

Does anyone know of any good ad agencies that work on a commission basis or perhaps there are people out there experienced in sales that would be willing to work for a commission.

The magazine is a  culture and arts magazine aimed at the *** and gay readership. It is estimated that in the UK alone, the pink pound is worth 80 billion.

Any advice anyone can offer to help us would be awesome.

 Rather than an advertising agency you should try contract publishers. These are publishers which basically produce publications funded by the sale of advertising. Most of these publishers have a dedicated advertising telesales staff and will be happy to sell advertising for a third party for the commission.
