&lt;p&gt;4. It ain&amp;#39;t London anymore ( too many young people) All of the above have more experienced people who have a knowledge of film/literature/humour/life/cynicism. Probably equal Bangkok and somewhere else.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But to say I work at XXXX London is better than saying I work at XX Grimsby.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Who cares anyway?&lt;/p&gt;
