End of the line for BT family?

In its latest TV ad, BT is hinting that the relationship between Adam, played by Kris Marshall, and Jane, played by Esther Hall, could be coming to an end. Would you miss them?

Will you miss Adam and Jane?

    • Yes - They're a lovely couple and I've enjoyed their ads (48.8%)
    • No - I find them both highly irritating and look forward to BT wielding the axe (51.2%)

I for one certainly hope so. I still feel the same way about him as Jane's son did when he first moved in after cuckolding her poor husband.

    I do hope so...

Hate these ads that try to be long running soap operas. Who cares? I don't even like proper soap operas - they are all completely rubbish. Even Hollyoaks despite what Joe says.

She could do better if you ask me... I've never trusted him anyway, and always half expected Robert Lindsay to walk round the corner at any moment.

    No way.

That guy played by Kris Marshall gives me irrational rage - he is just so so pathetic and limp-lettuce like. I suppose they were trying to show some new sensitive-man type but to be honest it just makes me want to shake him and shout 'be a man'!

    Rant over

I will miss them. I was just getting into it. I kept thinking he was going to run off with a saucy type from the record shop, or summat.

That's a fair point about Robert Lindsay. And I'm surprised his mother Zoe Wannamaker thinks of the whole episode.

I think AMV should make a new one. And not a new baby or back-up for the old baby pictures, but a new strategy.

They are having you on. Those crazy guys at BT just want you to think it's over. Soooo clever.

That one where he gets out the shower and stands there with (we assume) his plonker out made me want to jab my eyes out.

They should stir things up with some hollyoaks charcters...it is amazing.

I heard that he used to knock her around a bit. But that's only pub gossip of course

So presuming she ditches him as she did her husband, who is next in line? Daniel Radcliffe? Perhaps they'll really shake things up by hooking her up with one of here son's 16-year-old mates.
