Anyone know if there are any specialist mobile web dev agencies?

Here's a hypothetical question, suppose I'm was a publisher and I wanted to outsource the development of my mobile website who could I go to...? I've probably been looking in all the wrong places and I can find plenty of design/dev agencies that cover mobile web development within their remit but are there any specialist agencies that focus purely on mobile web development? Any suggestions appreciated!
