    So many advertisers are trying to use social media to engage with their target audience. Quite rightly so as this is where people are these days. But many advertisers and agencies don't know how to measure the impact of their social media activivty.

    Social Media Marketing can't be measured in a traditional way you need to use metrics such as followers and comments. This will go towards helping brands understand how people receive them and whether they want to publically display to others they are an advocate of the said brand.
