Tantastic

It's our one year anniversary today, so we just exchanged paper themed presents. Nat got an origami kit, and I got a lovely home-made 'paper' card and some mutant oversized carluccios pasta for when I'm post-ear-op next week, confined to the indoors and in need of carby comfort food.

Still, on a brighter note, here is a rather clever bit of computer technology, if you've not seen it yet.

Why is pasta paper-themed? Or am I missing something?

  February 6, 2009

Do you not use your pasta for your layouts? Why, you're so behind the times....First the banana, now pasta..

No you're ok.

The pasta is just pasta. That was a good luck with the op present! Nat's home-made card was paper-themed. consequently it doesn't stand up very well all the time.  incidentally, we've decided Nabs should hold a valentines ball for creative couples - it's important to keep the spark going with these things.

Ah, I understand. No problem. So, to help NABs out, what would a valentines' ball for creative couples consist of? Do you all want the same thing (as real couples, if you see what I mean)?

yeah, we reckon it's good to value your creative relationship - and some kind of NABS annual event could be a fun event to celebrate these sometimes tricky relationships... 10 hours a day sat next to each other, 5, sometimes 6 days a week! The reality is you spend more time with your work partner than your real partner. Maybe the ball could be a swinging night! It might make teams realise how lucky they are. We've blogged on this before if you fancy a more detailed answer! - community.brandrepublic.com/.../happy-anniversary-shish-and-sam-so-what-s-the-secret-to-a-happy-marriage.aspx
