He's like Banksy - only not as big. Introducing the little people.

We can’t stress enough how amazing this artist is, if you’ve not yet come across his work around town. You’d be forgiven for missing Slinkachu’s work. It is miniscule, but not in impact or scope. Bekonscot, eat your heart out. http://www.little-people.blogspot.com/ Anyway, please take a look, and do go along to the Little People Book Launch Treasure Hunt on the 31st August if you’re not busy. Failing that, we heartily recommend his new book, Little People in the City,  published by Macmillan early September.

Awsome and so touching, reminds me of being a kid and creating little lives for my toys in the garden. Am sure it'll inspire some great campaigns, I hope they do it justice.

Have you seen the work of Finish artist and RCA student Ritta Ikonen - http://www.riittaikonen.com/

Her work – using model people - is featured on the current art labels of Beck's beer bottles. She carries a small box of them around with her all the time. Her other projects – teh last snowflake – are  really interesting.

I know this is advertising but isn't this more an ad for a mate than a blog guys?

I could write a blog a day on amazing creative artists who are the next Banksy. (Interesting arty idea but I don’t agree this person is.)

Thanks Chris and hello again. I think you met us both at one time or another, many moons ago before we’d teamed up. Lol worked with you at Saatchis, Nat when you were at Feel. Small world etc…Anyway, we'd love to count Slinkachu among our friends, but sadly we don't know him from Adam. We do love his work though, and think anything that's inspiring and different must surely be relevant to an advertising/creative blog? Perhaps our blog is more of an ‘observation diary’ at times, but it is still in its infancy so do forgive our occasional brevity…

Aw give the girls a break. Blogs are about communities and communities are about sharing. This is a good find.
