&lt;p&gt;Agency folk are also amazingly critical of anything within the industry (including themselves - or at least we @ Rubber are) - which doesn't help (or maybe it does, as it leads to improvement).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'd also through in a healthy dose of the &amp;quot;we're really busy servicing clients and making cash&amp;quot; argument to the basket - which is the case of the more successful agencies &amp;nbsp;. . .&lt;/p&gt;
