&lt;p&gt;There's every chance Dan and Dan want nothing more than a big brand to rip them off, as you said it's 'easier to uncover' than ever before, it will only drive more people to their video and raise their profile significantly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Remember when the skittles site 'ripped off' the idea used by Modernista! for their site? Who lost out? Modernista! got plenty of coverage, and skittles made good use of a good idea.&lt;/p&gt;
