Channel 4's Spaced was one of the most brilliant comedies to have been written in the past 20 years and it's currently mid-series repeat on Dave on Monday nights.
Directed by Edgar Wright, made by LWT and written by its stars Jessica Stevenson and Simon Pegg, the two-series struck a chord with any 90s post-University slacker living in a flat-share.
It hasn't been on TV for years and despite its relative vintage it stands the test of time and looks as fresh as The Inbetweeners. For anyone who hasn't seen it, do.
Although when the second series ended in 2001, a third was promised it never materialised with Pegg going on to make some excellent British films (and some terrible American ones) and Stevenson to most prominently appear as the fat girl next door in The Royle Family.
Because of this, whether their characters finally hook up will remain one of the greatest mysteries ever. Incidentally, I think they did.
