&lt;p&gt;I don't think it'd be that expensive. This is more about getting the editorial product/ commercial model and syndication right. There's still a lot to play for and Time Out's in an ideal position to make waves... for the next 12 months at least.&lt;/p&gt;

Then again, NY Mag is aspirational, while the stoical tone of Time Out is written for a 32 year old public sector line manager in Herne Hill. &lt;/p&gt;
