&lt;p&gt;But how does one change the paradigm here? One route is to think hard about how you ensure that the right people are round the table during strategic planning discussions. &amp;nbsp;If you're engaging with digital agencies on a project-by-project basis - they're going to struggle to have their voice heard in this arena. &amp;nbsp;In these instances, consider establishing a (small) retainer for your digital partne(s)r - the scope of work for which should focus them on them delivering strategic support alongside, and integrated with, your other agency partners&lt;/p&gt;
