I think this is great news for the UK search industry and advertisers.

There are also some changes in 2008 aswell, including no growth kicker and existing tiers for rebates lowered from Euro 4M upwards, making higher rebates achievable quicker.

Ultimately this is good news for search marketing in the UK. Advertisers will gravitate to agencies that can provide added value.

All good stuff in my eyes!<img src="http://community.brandrepublic.com/aggbug.aspx?PostID=15204" width="1" height="1">

re: Google Scraps Best Practice Funding

Isn't it amazing that when the inevitable happens, people are still shocked and appalled? Every agency should have been prepared for this one.

Subsidies, be it in advertising, farming or anything else, distort markets and retard progress.<img src="http://community.brandrepublic.com/aggbug.aspx?PostID=15203" width="1" height="1">
