One experienced creative team I know were offered &amp;#163;70 a day (they usually charge &amp;#163;350) to work freelance in an agency. The MD was very arrogant and said &amp;quot;there are plenty more out there who I &amp;nbsp;can call on, take it or leave it.&amp;quot; They left it. Good on them.&lt;/p&gt;

Even Mother hasn't done something like that. 13 years ago I thought that little agency doing Channel 5 would be the next big creative thing. I was right. I now tip these guys for being the next big creative thing.&lt;/p&gt;
